Robert J. Cassandro, Esq., Managing
Partner
Robert's practice concentrates in the areas of
energy law, business and real estate transactions, and estate
planning/asset protection. He received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn
Law School in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Boston
University in 1986. He is a member of the Bar in both New York and
Connecticut. He is also admitted to practice before U.S. District
Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Prior to co-founding Abelow & Cassandro, LLP, Robert was
in-house counsel to a Fortune 500 corporation where he worked on
energy related transactions involving complex business, real estate
and regulatory issues.

Ross M. Abelow, Esq., Partner
Ross' practice concentrates in the areas of
matrimonial law, family law, commercial litigation, entertainment
law and automotive law. He received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn
Law School in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and
English from the State University of New York at Albany in 1986. He
is a member of the Bar in both New York and Connecticut. He is also
admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York.
Prior to co-founding Abelow & Cassandro, LLP, Ross worked at
several large firms where he was involved in complex commercial and
civil litigation cases.

Gerald Raymon, Esq., Of Counsel
Jerry is a seasoned attorney whose practice concentrates in the
areas of business transactions, government and corporate
compliance, international alliances, export and import transactions
and regulation, intellectual property protections, licensing and
emerging green tech laws and relationships. He provides counsel to
renewable energy and green tech companies. He received a Juris
Doctor from Fordam University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts
from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Bar in
New York and is also admitted to practice before the United States
Supreme Court, U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Court of
Appeals for the Federa Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Federal
Claims.
Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Abelow & Cassandro, LLP,
Jerry was General Counsel for ten years at a significant high tech
manufacturer on Long Island, providing equipment to the U.S.
Government and other domestic and foreign customers. Earlier, Jerry
held in house positions at major international corporations,
including Assistant General Counsel at Northrop Grumman Corp. He
began his legal career at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in
Washington, D.C.. Jerry reads, writes and speaks Spanish.
